Transforming public achievements into a dynamic campaign concept through Creative AI and visual storytelling.

Overview

This concept film was created for the Legislative Assembly of Paraná to communicate its role in enabling the state’s progress.

The campaign connects Paraná’s achievements in education, public safety, infrastructure, transparency and economic development with the legislative decisions that helped make them possible.

My Role

I led the creative development of the concept film, working from the supplied script.

My responsibilities included the campaign concept, creative direction, visual narrative, AI-generated imagery, scene development, visual sequencing, editing, pacing and the overall aesthetic of the film.

The script was developed separately and was not part of my role.

The Challenge

Institutional communication often relies heavily on statistics, formal language and conventional government imagery.

The challenge was to translate multiple public achievements into a concise and engaging visual narrative—one capable of communicating progress, credibility and collective pride while presenting the Legislative Assembly as an active force behind Paraná’s development.

Creative Concept

The film is built around the idea of a state constantly moving forward.

Growth, records and public achievements are presented through a fast-paced sequence that gradually reveals the Legislative Assembly as one of the forces enabling this progress.

Rather than portraying the institution as a distant political environment, the concept connects legislative decisions with visible improvements in people’s lives.

Visual Direction

The visual language combines institutional credibility with a contemporary, energetic and cinematic approach.

AI-generated imagery was used to explore different regions, public services, infrastructure and social contexts while maintaining a cohesive visual identity throughout the film.

Dynamic editing, visual transitions and an accelerating rhythm reinforce the central idea of movement, progress and transformation.

Concept Film

This initial version was developed as a visual proof of concept, establishing the campaign’s creative direction, imagery, pacing, transitions and overall narrative atmosphere.

It provided the visual foundation for the final production and demonstrated how the script could be transformed into an engaging institutional film.

Final Post-Production Film

Following approval of the concept, the film was taken into final post-production, where its motion, compositing, transitions, sound and finishing were further developed.

Results

The concept established a clear and contemporary direction for the campaign, transforming institutional achievements into a more accessible and emotionally engaging story.

The final narrative positions the Legislative Assembly as part of the structure that turns public decisions into meaningful progress for Paraná and its people.
